I have very long and unfortunately mildly brittle hair and somehow am still new to hair masks. This certainly softened my hair which should hopefully help with breakage. I just wish I had more experiences with deep conditioning treatments to compare this to. This was easy to use - no weird residue and I will certainly continue using over time.
